Bill Shrader,
Senior Director

Bill Shrader is a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, and
has over twenty-one years of experience in the commercial real
estate industry. Mr. Shrader is the founding member of C&W’s
Urban Property Group, which was created to provide mixed-use owners,
developers, and investors the following services: retail leasing,
land and investment sales along with retail advisory services.
As team leader, his role is to offer strategic leasing support
and oversight while providing clients with consultative and investment
advisory services. |

Corinna Gattasso is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield and
co-founder of the Urban Property Group (UPG). Formed in 2002, the
UPG represents owners and developers of retail mixed use projects,
and provides retail leasing, consulting and investment sales services.
Ms. Gattasso possesses nearly 10 years of real estate experience

Serena
Patterson, Client Coordinator

With nearly four years of experience in commercial real estate,
Serena oversees all administrative duties, including broker activities.
She also facilitates the design and development of all marketing
materials, leasing brochures and direct mailings. Serena is responsible
for tracking and implementing initial tenant qualification through
final lease execution and packaging. Serena received her Bachelor
of Arts degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations
from San Diego State University.
