The Urban Property Group was an indispensable member of the development team that built Gaslamp CitySquare. Encompassing an entire city block in the heart of the historic Gaslamp Quarter, the project includes 65,000 square feet of pedestrian-oriented retail and restaurants, 223 luxury condominiums and a 560 stall public garage.
