The Urban Property Group was an indispensable member of the
development team that built Gaslamp CitySquare. Encompassing an
entire city block in the heart of the historic Gaslamp Quarter,
the project includes 65,000 square feet of pedestrian-oriented
retail and restaurants, 223 luxury condominiums and a 560 stall
public garage. Today, it is considered to be one of the best places

portion of the Gaslamp Quarter District by assembling a great mix
of beautifully designed contemporary cutting edge retailers like
Quiksilver, Puma, Helio, G-Star, Oakley and Soho Lab which are
first-time locations in downtown San Diego. The same can be said
for The Oceanaire Seafood Room, a 1940’s era ocean liner theme
with fresh seafood flown in daily from around the world and The
Red Pearl Room, an Asian food concept from celebrity chefs Tim
and Liza Goodell.
