Corinna Gattasso is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield and co-founder of the Urban Property Group (UPG). Formed in 2002, the UPG represents owners and developers of retail mixed use projects, and provides retail leasing, consulting and investment sales services. Ms. Gattasso possesses nearly 10 years of real estate experience and has been involved in $300 Million in transactions.

Honors Ms. Gattasso has received include: Top Producer Burnham Real Estate 2003-2008, 2008 Real Estate Southern California Women of Influence, 2008 Deal Maker Award, and ‘Rookie of the Year’ at Grubb & Ellis 2001. Ms. Gattasso is a LEAD graduate (’08) and supports YWCA Becky’s House and Catholic Charities Rachel’s House.

Ms. Gattasso is a member of various professional organizations including ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Downtown San Diego Partnership, SD Chamber of Commerce and CCIM Board (2011).

Ms. Gattasso is a Massachusetts native who grew up in Tampa Bay Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Prior to her real estate career, Ms. Gattasso was a Restaurant Manager at Planet Hollywood Inc/All Star Café launching new restaurants in New York City and Las Vegas, and streamlining operations in New Orleans and Beverly Hills. Ms. Gattasso currently resides in downtown San Diego with four legged son, Rosco.
