David Maxwell, Associate - Lic. #1465828

David Maxwell is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Urban Property Group, and has over six years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Services of the Urban Property Group include landlord and tenant representation, leasing and sales, consulting, marketing, management, and financing of street retail and mixed-use properties.

Mr. Maxwell’s primary focus is in the leasing and sales of retail and mixed-use developments in downtown San Diego, and urban trade areas throughout San Diego County. Since 2006, he has negotiated over 150 transactions, in excess of $100 million in total consideration.

Mr. Maxwell received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Arizona State University, where he was the recipient of the Sun Devil Academic Scholarship throughout his undergraduate program, and the Deloitte and Touche Outstanding Student Scholarship while in the W.P. Carey Business School. David is an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Downtown San Diego Partnership, and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation. He also has active community service involvement working with groups such as the Boys and Girls Club of America, Senior Community Center of San Diego, San Diego Youth Services, and Project Mercy.
