David Maxwell, Associate - Lic. #1465828

David Maxwell is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield. Since 2004, he has been a member of the Urban Property Group, whose services include landlord and tenant representation, leasing and sales, consulting, marketing, management, and financing of street retail and mixed-use properties.

Mr. Maxwell’s focus is in the leasing and sales of retail and mixed-use developments in downtown San Diego, and also urban neighborhoods throughout San Diego County. Since January of 2006, Mr. Maxwell has personally completed over 85 transactions for a total consideration of over $40 million.

Mr. Maxwell received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Arizona State University. He was the recipient of the ASU Sun Devil Academic Scholarship throughout his four year undergraduate program, and the Deloitte and Touche Outstanding Student Scholarship while in the W.P. Carey Business School. David is an active member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Downtown San Diego Partnership, and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation. He also has extensive community service involvement working with groups such as the Boys and Girls Club of America, Fiesta Bowl Charities, Senior Community Center of San Diego, San Diego Youth Services, and Project Mercy.
