Bill Shrader is a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, and has over twenty-one years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Shrader is the founding member of C&W’s Urban Property Group, which was created to provide mixed-use owners, developers, and investors the following services: retail leasing, land and investment sales along with retail advisory services. As team leader, his role is to offer strategic leasing support and oversight while providing clients with consultative and investment advisory services.

Long considered to be one of the leading mixed-use retail and investment brokers in California, Mr. Shrader has successfully closed over $500 million in sales of mixed-use properties, leases, and restaurant tenant representation representing a diverse client base.

Mr. Shrader received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute, and the Downtown San Diego Partnership. Mr. Shrader’s civic affiliations include the Children’s’ Hospital Auxiliary, and service as President of the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation, as an elder in his church, and on the Board of Rancho Santa Fe Youth Soccer.
