Bill Shrader is a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield, along
with being the Founder of the Urban Property Group whose services
include: retail leasing, land and investment sales along with retail
advisory services to mixed-use owners and developers. Prior to Burnham
Real Estate’s acquisition by C&W, Bill was with the firm for
thirteen years. Bill has a passion for creating a sense of place
in the ground floor of urban neighborhoods in San Diego and Southern
California, and he has consistently been a top producer at Burnham,
most recently, the top Retail Broker in 2008 for C&W in Southern
California and has closed nearly $500 Million of sales, retail leases,
and restaurant tenant representation transactions in his career.

Mr. Shrader received his Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in
Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. Mr.
Shrader is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC), Urban Land Institute, Congress for a New Urbanism and serves
on the Board of the Downtown San Diego Partnership.
Mr. Shrader’s
civic affiliations include the Children’s’ Hospital Auxiliary, and
service as President of the Gaslamp Quarter Historical Foundation,
as an elder in his church, and on the Board of Rancho Santa Fe Youth
